Annual boiler service
£9.99 /monthly
Our Walsh Care Plan covers the cost of your annual boiler service (£80+VAT) and waives any plumbing and heating call out fees to inspect and diagnose during working hours (£80+VAT per call out fee).
Please be aware that this is not an insurance product and does not cover theft, damage or loss.

Your boiler does come with a manufacturer’s guarantee but this only covers you for anything that goes wrong within the boiler casing itself, not any external factors. If you call the manufacturer out and the issue is not boiler-related, they charge a very high fee for the call out.
We will send you a GoCardless link into which you input your bank details, and the payment will then be taken by monthly direct debit.
You are covered for your annual service cost which is normally £80 + VAT and also for any boiler or plumbing call outs which are also charged at £80 + VAT.
Simply call our office on 0203 576 1170 during the hours of 8.30 – 5.30 Mon-Fri and we will arrange for someone to attend.
No, you do not have to use the Walsh Care Plan but you will need to get your boiler serviced each year to maintain its’ manufacturer’s guarantee
